At CakeJoy we are committed to baking the most beautiful and tasty cakes and treats available. Because each order is made when received most items take from 3-5 business days. Custom orders and orders that are more involved can take 10 business days or more depending on the complexity. During the holidays and wedding seasons, we experience a higher volume of orders. Please give yourself ample time before your event to place your order. If you need an order by a specific date, contact us before placing your order.
Delivery
Delivery is available on orders of $35 or more to addresses within the Hendersonville, TN city limits. Pickup arrangements for all other orders will need to be arranged.
refund policy
We strive to provide the best service possible; however, on occasion, we may make a mistake. If your order was delivered incorrectly we will exchange it, provide a full refund, or store credit. All other orders are final. No returns or refunds will be provided.
Cancellation Policy:
We require a 24-hour notice for all sweets orders placed. A 75% refund will be given and refunded to the credit card used or put on a gift card for in-store credit. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. CakeJoy retains 25% of the order price for transaction fees in processing orders and refunds, ingredients ordered and prep-work done for orders placed. Failure to receive a notice for cancellation within the specified period will result in no refund given. The notice is from the TIME AND DAY of pick-up or delivery requested. This does not include cakes. (See Cake Policy below).
Any product that is not picked up on the day and time the customer requested will not be refunded or be given in-store credit.
Order Policy:
We require that all orders be paid in full at the time they are placed: on our website, in-store, or over the phone.
Cake Policy:
Cake tasting deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation requests for specialty cakes must be made 7 days in advance of the order delivery date and custom cake cancellations must be made 14 days in advance of the order delivery date in order to receive a refund. A 75% refund will be given and refunded to the credit card used or put on a gift card for in-store credit. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Change Requests
There will be a $25.00 fee for any changes made to cake orders scheduled within 3 business days of the delivery date.
Damage
We are not responsible for any damages made to cakes that leave our bakery when we are not delivering them.
